How to Install:

  1. Insert the SIM card ejector tool into the small hole on the side of the iPhone 11 Pro or Pro Max.
  2. Gently press down on the ejector tool to pop out the SIM card tray.
  3. Remove the SIM card from the SIM card tray.
  4. Insert the new SIM card into the SIM card tray.
  5. Push the SIM card tray back into the iPhone 11 Pro or Pro Max.


  • Be careful when inserting and removing the SIM card tray. It is a delicate part and can be easily damaged.
  • If you are not comfortable installing the replacement part yourself, you can take it to a qualified repair shop.


  • If your iPhone 11 Pro or Pro Max is not recognizing your SIM card, make sure that the SIM card tray is properly inserted.
  • Try restarting your iPhone 11 Pro or Pro Max.
  • If you are still having problems, contact your mobile carrier.
